Level 2 awards from Hospitality Awarding Body & Scottish Qualifications Authority
Level 2 qualifications are the starting place for all new entrants into the industry and as such are the corner stone of all our programmes. These joint awards from HAB & SQA are also ideal for experienced people who need to prove their ability in a particular skill area in the industry. They prove ability at basic tasks and are recognised as a transferable qualification by employers across the country. Level two qualifications are specialist and include the titles:

- Housekeeping
- Multi-skilled Hospitality
Funding may be available under Modern Apprenticeship programme from Highlands & Islands Enterprise and Scottish Enterprise.
