Channel Three - Hospitality Management Training This tourism elearning website is the culmination of a 2-year project, managed by the Scottish Centre of Tourism, The Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen and part-funded by the European Social Fund. The aims of the project were to investigate skills gaps managers are faced with in today's tourism industry and to then develop a virtual resource centre that would provide learning and development materials to help reduce or eliminate these skills gaps. It offers 15 skills sections which focus on key areas including achieving a work-life balance; time management; delegation skills and leadership skills. Each section combines reading, interactive activities, self-reflection opportunities and signposting to additional resources and courses - if desired.
